Color Trend: Seafoam Green

With all the design blogs, magazines, social media, etc I follow as part of my job I often see the same themes pop up again and again. Trending. It happened this week with seafoam green. It’s been popping up everywhere. So much that I double checked Pantone’s site to make sure they hadn’t released some new color of the year. But no, Radiant Orchid still holds that spot for 2014. First, I noticed in my Pinterest feed that Kelly Wearstler was pinning all sorts of seafoam green images. Like this: and this: And then I got an email “to the trade” from William Sonoma promoting their seafoam green bedding. You heard it here first.
